{% endhint %}

Deleting a zone in FlashEdge is a significant action that allows you to permanently remove a zone setup. This process removes all associated configurations and settings.

Whether you're restructuring your content delivery strategy or no longer require a specific CDN zone, by following these steps, you can efficiently manage your content delivery network and ensure that your resources are allocated optimally.

{% hint style="warning" %}

{% endhint %}

1. Sign in to the FlashEdge.
2. Choose the distribution that you want to delete.
3. Choose the Settings tab.
4. Click on the “Delete Permanently” button. If the button is greyed out, you will first need to disable the distribution.
5. Confirm the deletion.
6. Wait until the zone disappears from the zone list and home.
