Selecting the Coverage (Pricing Regions) for FlashEdge

Pricing regions in FlashEdge provide you with the flexibility to choose where your data is served, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency for your content delivery needs. By selecting the most suitable pricing region, you can align your content delivery strategy with your target audience's geographic locations.

This guide offers a straightforward overview and step-by-step instructions on setting up coverage within the FlashEdge console.

In Free-Trial you are only able to use North America and Europe regions

1. Sign in to FlashEdge.

2. Choose the CDN Zone for which you want to change the coverage.

3. Choose the Coverage tab.

4. Select your Coverage:

   • Europe & North America: If you want to achieve the best performance and global coverage. This might come with a specific cost per gigabyte, but we still count the costs based on the region of the users.

   • Global Expansion: If your audience is primarily based in North America and Europe, select the "Use only North America and Europe" option. This option has the lowest cost per gigabyte, but users from different regions can get a bigger latency.
